Yuyú Herrera is Tango dancer and teacher specialized for movement, technique and musicality, with 20 years of dance experience and 10 years of tango teaching experience. Her specialty as a teacher of Tango Argentino is her musicality, precision, improvisation and empathy. Not belong to the showdance of tango dancers, but teaches a tango of the milongas of Buenos Aires. She teaches dance – not rehearsed or choreographed step sequences, because tango is improvisation.

Her teaching is underpinned by theoretical and practical aspects on the basis of a fundamental and complex concept, full of imagination and creativity. As a teacher she is distinguished by its warmth, patience and energy. She has a keen eye to solve the mechanical problems of the body and a clear knowledge and a wonderful intuition about this. The competence and commitment of Yuyu guarantee their students real learning of each topic.

Claudio y Vito

Claudio Cardona and Vito Muñoz

“Our training is based on clear concepts for learning the Argentine tango and it is important to us to communicate it to our students in a comprehensible and easily understandable way. It is important to us to conduct a personal and individual training and share our view of the tango.”

Claudio Cardona (Argentina) and Vito Muñoz (Peru) live in Madrid. They tour as Argentine tango teachers and dancers mostly through Northern Spain and are for us here still an insider tip. They inspire with their friendly, uncomplicated and uncapricious manner, their intensity for everyone in their classes and their shows full of humor, ingenuity and musicality.

Claudio and Vito have been friends since 2008, have opened together in 2009 their milonga “la Covacha” in Madrid/Spain and hold classes together on various topics before their milonga. Over time, they were getting more and more invited as teachers and for shows, and thus, without intention, finally became dancing partners.

Invitations and participation in festivals as teachers and show dancers in Madrid, Salamanca, Oviedo, Malaga, Irun, Marbella, Valladolid, Burgos, Oviedo, Bilbao, Llanes, San Sebastian, Biarritz (France), Munich (Germany) and Porto (Portugal).

At present, they give classes in several cities in Spain, Germany, France and Portugal. More about them: www.claudioyvito.com
